ER-I is the textile fluorescent whitening agent commonly used in printing and dyeing industry. The light fastness class of fluorescent brightener ER-I is S with good washing fastness. Fluorescent Brightener ER-I, FBA199, is suitable for whitening and brightening of polyester fiber. Fluorescent Brightener ER-I also has good whitening effect on polycarbonate, polyethylene, polypropylene and other plastics products.
3. Fluorescent Brightener ER-I (FBA199) Usage
The fluorescent brightener ER-I (FBA199) is added to the mixer together with polyester chips and other textile additives. The recommended dosage of fluorescent brightener ER-I is 0.02-0.08% (in proportion to the weight of polyester). The specific dosage can be fully mixed and homogenized at 50-150 °C according to the whiteness of the finished product.
